WORKSHOPS
Led by experienced mindfulness teachers and specialist physical trainers, our innovative workshops are accessible for all abilities and are designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing and enhance teamwork in a dynamic, fun way. Available online or in-person.

Athletic Mindfulness sessions aren’t simply physical and mental exercise, they are an opportunity to get to know each other better and to connect in a more real, empathetic way.
BOXFIT-STYLE EXERCISE
Athletic Mindfulness sessions aren’t about being super fit or training for the Olympics, they are a way of being physically active that makes us feel good in body and mind and deal with feelings like frustration.
MINDFULNESS
Athletic Mindfulness sessions show that mindfulness isn’t a mysterious or complicated practice, it's a straightforward and practical way to manage challenges in the modern world.
An introductory workshop can be followed by packages of 3, 6 or 12 themed or bespoke workshops. Our introductory package features:
INTRO SESSION
Our days consist of screens, stresses and sitting down. This workshop introduces Athletic Mindfulness, designed to overcome the modern challenges we face.
