BAM! PTP Overview

You’re given preparation materials and encouraged to establish your own meditation practice which supports the BAM! training.

The first Training Day provides theory and key practice elements of a BAM! session, the second focuses on practising delivery and running BAM! safely.

Throughout you’ll continue to learn and develop your own mindfulness practice using BAM! home workout materials, aided by an online group review session.

The training concludes with a half-day session practising delivery and preparing you to use BAM! within your own service.
> No prior knowledge of mindfulness is required, just an openness to practising mindfulness yourself.
> You’ll be expected to use mindfulness for 10 minutes or more a day throughout the training period.

> No prior knowledge of physical training is required. BAM! physical training is designed to be simple and accessible to people regardless of fitness or ability. Contact us if you have any concerns about accessibility or personal capacity.
